The CAB AXON 2 is a high-precision tube and vial labeling system designed for laboratory, medical, pharmaceutical, and research environments requiring reliable and real-time sample identification. Engineered in Germany, AXON 2 combines the proven SQUIX 4MP label printer with a specialized tube applicator in a single solid cast aluminum chassis for robust and long-term industrial performance. Supporting both direct thermal and thermal transfer printing, the AXON 2 delivers ultra-sharp print quality at 300 dpi or 600 dpi resolution, ensuring reliable printing of even the smallest 1D and 2D codes. With a fast labeling cycle of less than two seconds, it enables efficient sample processing in high-throughput laboratory workflows. The system supports tube and vial diameters ranging from 10 mm to 22 mm (with optional configurations for other sizes) and applies labels accurately using a TRV 14 transport roller and precision pinch roller mechanism. Integrated connectivity options including RS232, USB, Ethernet, and WLAN allow seamless integration with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). Designed for flexibility and automation, CAB AXON 2 allows manual insertion or automated handling integration, with automatic ejection into a tray after labeling.
