As the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to evolve, we are closely monitoring and reviewing our response in line with advice from health and government authorities. The Health, safety and wellbeing of our customers, employees and community are extremely important to us.
Work from home
We have taken the measure of asking all our employees to work from home to contribute towards isolation and hence minimise the spread of the virus. Due to this, unfortunately, there may be situations where you are unable to speak to our staff due to the patchy internet in certain staff locations. But we will continuously monitor our emails, chats and helpdesk services to ensure we provide the highest level of service to our clients without jeopardising the safety and health of our staff and community. There may be a situation where at times there can be a delay in providing the service due to circumstances beyond our control, We would appreciate your cooperation in this regard.
Suspension of travel and meetings
We have suspended any business travel and face to face meetings till the time situation becomes normal. We would encourage you to use electronic means to communicate in case you need any help.
